This version of my city was exhibited at Liljevalchs Konsthall in Stockholm.
A street enveloped by illuminated facades reveals itself at observer eye-level – a segment from an imaginary, contemporary city. In this monochrome model of empty, lit shops and neon signs without message, modern galleries lay interspersed between older buildings – a town reduced to form and light. The ordinary and everyday slip away into the twilight hour - the line between dream and dystopia.
